Welcome to UGN Rave Radio. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at ugnraveradio.com and all related pages, features, audio and video streams, podcasts, and services (together, the "Service"), operated by UGN Rave Radio. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service and to create an account. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Your account

Some features require an account. You may register with an email address and password, or sign in using a third-party provider such as Google. When you create an account you agree to:

3. The Service and how content works

The Service offers music, recorded DJ mixes and radio programming, podcasts, videos, news and stories, events, and contests. Content reaches you in several ways, and different rules apply to each:

• Streaming and previews. Music previews, radio streams, recorded mixes, podcasts, and videos are provided for your personal, non-commercial listening and viewing only. You may not download, copy, record, re-broadcast, or redistribute this content except where a clearly marked download option is offered.
• Embedded third-party content. Some music and media are delivered through embedded players or links from services such as Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube. That content is hosted and controlled by those services and is subject to their terms and privacy policies, not ours. Full playback may require your own account with the relevant service.
• Podcasts and feeds. Certain podcasts are made available through publicly published RSS feeds owned by their respective publishers and remain subject to the publishers' rights.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove any part of the Service, including individual content, at any time without notice.

4. Licence to use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own non-commercial use. This licence does not allow you to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service or its content.

The Service and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the "UGN Rave Radio" name and marks, page design, software, and compilations of content — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Sound recordings, musical works, and other media remain the property of the artists, labels, publishers, and rights holders who own them. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly perform, scrape, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted.

6. Comments and user content

The Service may let you post comments and other material ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute it in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

You represent that you own or have the rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, obscene, deceptive, infringing, or that contains spam, malware, or personal information of others.

8. Contests and promotions

From time to time we may run contests, giveaways, or promotions. Each is governed by its own official rules, which are published with the contest and form part of these Terms for that contest. Unless stated otherwise, contests are void where prohibited, no purchase is necessary to enter or win, and eligibility, prizes, and winner selection are as described in the applicable rules.
